About
Nearly 20 years ago, I arrived in the United States from Nigeria with a single conviction, that hard work, purpose, and integrity would open doors that circumstance could not close. What followed was a career built across some of the most demanding environments in American healthcare: rural critical access hospitals, multispecialty cardiovascular institutes, regional health systems, and now one of the nation's largest Catholic health networks.
I have managed budgets exceeding $100M, delivered double-digit improvements in patient volume and satisfaction, led complex integrations and acquisitions, and developed leaders who went on to lead organizations of their own. I earned Board Certification as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and was honored with the ACHE Regent's Award, recognition not just for results, but for contributions to the profession itself.
In 2026, I founded Integritas Healthcare Consulting, LLC, built on the belief that healthcare organizations deserve a consulting partner who combines executive-level strategy with frontline operational credibility. As a Nigerian-American executive, I also bring a uniquely global perspective, bridging American healthcare excellence with the emerging healthcare markets of Africa.
